After graduating from university, Peter packed up his worldly possessions, his most prized being his staffy and moved to a small town in NSW to work for the local vet on small and large animals which not only was interesting and challenging but it set him up with a comprehensive grounding of veterinary care. Sometime later he decided to explore the world and headed for good ol’ London town, returning to Australia 5 years later to open the very first Pet Accident and Emergency Service on the Gold Coast.
Peter has worked in over 40 practices both in Australia and in the United Kingdom, and brings a wealth of experience to Pet Doctors; his experience includes emergency and critical care, complementary medicine, acupuncture as well as general veterinary practice.
For the past 2 ½ years, Peter he has worked effortlessly to bring his vision to life, to create a local veterinary practice that offers modern diagnostic facilities that support veterinary care advancements in a practice where all our clients receive outstanding personalised care
Away from Pet Doctors you’ll find Pete flying down the hills of the Nerang State Forest on his mountain bike with mates in toe. On the appropriate weekend he can be found close to the television watching and cheering on his beloved Holden Racing Team and in between all that he spends time playing with and taking care of his baby boy Jackson.
